Majlis Menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) antara SBM & Maxim

Pada 22 Oktober 2025, Pertubuhan Orang Cacat Penglihatan Malaysia (SBM) dan AIST Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Maxim) telah menandatangani satu Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) di Ibu Pejabat SBM, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.

Kehadiran pasukan Maxim telah disambut oleh Encik Muhammad Akmal, Eksekutif Perhubungan Awam SBM, sebelum berlangsungnya majlis menandatangani MoU yang menjadi simbol permulaan jalinan kerjasama strategik antara kedua-dua pihak dalam memperkasa komuniti OKU penglihatan melalui pelbagai inisiatif kebajikan dan sokongan mobiliti.

MoU tersebut telah ditandatangani oleh Encik Mohd Mustaza Bin Mohamad Zin, Presiden SBM dan Encik Mohd Hazwan Bin Musley, Pengarah Maxim.

Dalam majlis yang sama, Maxim turut menyerahkan sumbangan tunai sebanyak RM1,000 serta sumbangan foodbank kepada SBM sebagai tanda keprihatinan dan sokongan terhadap komuniti cacat penglihatan di Malaysia.

SBM merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan terima kasih kepada pihak Maxim atas komitmen serta kesungguhan mereka dalam menyokong usaha memperkasa kehidupan warga OKU penglihatan di negara ini.

To this date, all donations we received covered all aspects of The Society, from the activities to The Society operational costs. Therefore, we need to stretch our resources very thinly to meet our objectives and contribute meaningfully to the visually impaired community.
