You are invited to participate in a web-based online satisfaction survey on the effectiveness of smartphone element as low vision reading aid among low vision patients. This research is being conducted as a postgraduate research requirement at Management and Science University (MSU). It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete this survey.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. You may withdraw from this study at any point in time. No penalty will be imposed if you decline or withdraw from participating from this research.
